Return Policy

Returns are a part of doing business. That is our philosophy and that is why we try to make it a painless process. Many companies have decided to start giving in-store credit on returns but we believe if you are returning something it’s for good reason so we will refund your credit card or Paypal account.

Please read below before returning.

No returns on items after 30 days from date of purchase.

Please include a copy of the invoice or your contact info with the returned item(s).

Customers who do not supply vin. number when placing orders will not receive credit for freight and may be subject to restocking fees, so please help us verify correct part #s and colors by suppling the VIN#.

 

Return Policies

 

All returns: Must be in original packaging, complete, uninstalled and in resalable condition.

 

Old parts:  Returned for core deposit refund must be assembled and in original packaging.+ all fluids completely drained out of cores, diagnostic sheets filled out, returned in original volvo box.. 

 

Electrical Items: Electrical Parts are Non-Returnable. Manufacturers will not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned. If you installed the part or just plugged it in, the smallest of spark can render an electrical item defect. In the interest of our future customers we do not accept electrical items back. If you believe that an Electrical Part is defective you will need to return the Defective Part and purchase a new one. The Part be returned to Volvo for testing which usually takes 2-3 weeks. (It could take longer) When Volvo credits the part back to us you will be refunded for the defective part. 

 

Our Error: Items that need to be returned due to catalog error or where you provided VIN # but received the wrong part. Please contact us and we will email you a FedEx call tag. Returns are subject to review and providing us VIN # does not imply we are responsible. Example; if you ordered a left and meant a right we are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Ordered in Error: If you don’t like the item you received you can return it but please keep in mind: return shipping charges are your responsibility and some items cannot be returned and restocking fees may incur. Please call us in advanced before making the decision to return the item. Restocking fee is 20% and applies to items out of stock when you placed order. Our catalog does not show what is in stock at time of order so call us first to find out if your item has a restocking fee.


Cannot Return: Pre-coded locks, any painted parts, touch up paint, chemicals, pre-cut keys, most electrical items, Items labeled special order, some items for early model Volvo’s such as 1989 and down. Air bags and seat belts. 


20% Restocking Fee: on all wheels, out of stock items, special order items and wood kits.
